Warner Bros. Discovery The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Group at Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Content & Experience Tooling team. This team develops internal tools and systems supporting Personalization and Merchandising organizations, including Content Promotion, Site Configuration (CMS), Experience Previewing, and Catalog Visualization. The role involves building and maintaining scalable, high-performance systems, leading design and development of major features or architectural changes, troubleshooting production issues, providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and contributing to team strategy and roadmap development. Required technical skills include proficiency in Java or other JVM languages, experience with containerization and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), familiarity with React and Node.js, understanding of distributed systems and microservices, and experience with databases and monitoring tools.
