We are looking to add a full-time Project Manager to our growing Telecommunications team in Massachusetts.
This is an ideal position for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high quality and safe telecommunication installations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage all phases of telecom project development and execution to include take-offs, safety, project as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor, and materials tracking/submittals.
Fulfill responsibility as the primary client contact by establishing and maintaining productive relationships with Telecom and construction management team comprised of individuals from different companies with diverse interests, to ensure efficient coordination of activities.
Lead a team and grow talent by interacting with and coaching field staff
Own the budget process from start to finish
Must Haves:
Telecom field experience, D license preferred
3-5 years+ experience as a Telecom Project Manager or Project Coordinator
Financial experience in project budgeting, understanding of accounting procedures and contract terms.
Proficient in MS Office, CAD and Bluebeam
