The Manager of Communication Services oversees the creative team in the development and delivery of a corporate communications plan, monitoring the effectiveness of corporate communications, overseeing all client communication strategies and development of vendor relationships.
Essential Duties and Functions :
- Develop and deliver a corporate communications plan that will help to achieve the company's vision and strategy.
- Establish metrics and measurement plans to monitor the effectiveness of corporate communications, leverage data and market research to predict budget needs, and provide proactive and reactive advice.
- Oversee all client communication strategies and monitor the quality of deliverables.
- Develop vendor relationships to obtain long-term strategies and improved processes and operations; Monitor and analyze vendor reliability, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal project stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, engagement and support.
- Ensure vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations, delivering quality products and services on time.
- Liaise with all departments to confirm proper messaging and branding.
- Oversee all graphical direction/design.
- Review project demands to identify and manage scope, supply, and appropriate staffing to complete plans within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Maintain a productive, supportive environment for the creative team, and provide both creative and technical expertise and leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications :
- Required: 5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative tools
