Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Developer to join Training Innovation Team, focusing on automating and enhancing the Performance Simulator, an AI-powered training platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating cutting-edge web technologies, APIs, and Generative AI to optimize and streamline learning experiences. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about connecting web applications, automating workflows, and leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation in training solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Automate and enhance the Performance Simulator system through API integration and AI model incorporation. Develop code solutions for direct integration into published training modules to improve efficiency. Build and maintain web applications and services that connect AI-driven training tools. Incorporate Generative AI into workflows to optimize learning experiences and development processes. Collaborate across teams to align technology with instructional goals and stay ahead of industry trends. Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. Strong experience with API development and integration. Experience in integrating Generative AI into web applications. Industry Experience:
