The Web Developer will serve as a part of the Senox marketing department to promote the company’s web presence by designing, developing and maintaining company websites and applications across multiple platforms. Primary focus will be on client-side design and development to maximize user experience and promote the company’s brand.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and maintain our websites and applications.
• Create new user-facing features and maintain existing ones, ensuring the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of our web applications.
• Collaborate with marketing staff and application developers to translate design concepts into fully functional websites and web applications.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard our web applications against potential threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance our applications.
• Collaborate with IT staff to maintain application servers and install new frameworks.
• Work with our online sales department to troubleshoot issues and address needs.
• Assist Marketing team in various integrated communication and marketing activities.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Report to Corporate headquarters daily. This is an in-office position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience developing websites and web based applications
• Strong proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Hubspot and Drupal
• Understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.)
• Experience with e-commerce (Magento)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Version Control (Github)
• Ability to administer and manage websites using hosting providers (Bluehost, Godaddy, Dreamhost, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with connectivity, data, and website security principles
• Experience with PHP
• Relational Databases (SQL / MySQL) and Data Connectivity Management Systems (Iman)
• Experience with an ERP system and API integrations
