Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of React/Redux commercial experience (within last 3 years)
- Experience using Git and npm in a collaborative environment
- Strong Web-UI development experience (7+ years) with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Excellent JavaScript programming skills (ES6+)
- Knowledge of Software Design Principles and Patterns
- Understanding of browsers, build tools, CI/CD, automated testing, and application performance tuning
- Experience with WAI-ARIA, WCAG, & assistive technology
Bonus Skills
- Experience with functional programming, Node.js, Jest/Mocha, Webpack/Rollup, Yarn, Babel, Webdriver IO, GitLab
- Web UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, Stencil, Svelte)
- Web Components, Flowtype/TypeScript, NGINX, Bash Scripting
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry), Docker
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and uphold engineering best practices
- Collaborate with designers & product managers on design and implementation
- Work with Backend Engineers to build and ship features
- Design scalable frameworks for user apps
- Monitor app performance and rectify usability issues
- Review code and plan future upgrades
- Develop features for mobile apps and internal applications
- Implement responsive and accessible design principles
- Stay updated on emerging technologies
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
