Qualifications:
- Proven track record of planning and running research, collaborating with other teams to uncover insights
- Experience in qualitative research methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, concept testing, lab & remote usability testing)
- Some experience in quantitative research methods (e.g., data analysis, success metrics, and surveying)
- Experience in enterprise application product development is a plus

- Developing a research approach and detailed study plan in collaboration with track leads
- Writing research materials with little oversight, including plans, scripts, and reports
- Facilitating research sessions and analyzing/synthesizing study data
