Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager with expertise in Amazon’s online marketplace and a passion for driving growth in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead and implement e-commerce strategies, manage agencies, and contribute to a growing business with a small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage products on Amazon and other online marketplaces, ensuring all data and assets meet platform requirements.
- Organize, rename, and deliver assets to agencies to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics for Amazon and other platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Lead and manage external agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address roadblocks and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
- Roll up your sleeves to execute tasks and support the team in a hands-on capacity.
- Build business cases to support decisions and demonstrate the value of e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CPG and managing Amazon’s online marketplace.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including item setup, data management, and implementation.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting e-commerce performance metrics to develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent Excel skills, analytical abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
- Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to pivot based on changing business needs.
- Proven experience managing teams and external agencies.
