Credit One Bank is looking for a Digital Marketing Website Specialist to join the Digital Acquisition team. This candidate will work closely with the AVP of Digital Marketing with the continued improvement of the digital acquisition experience. As our Web Content Specialist, you will support maintaining the Credit One Bank website by uploading, maintaining, and optimizing content to support the company’s vision and strategy.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Manage website content updates and improvements through internal coordination with cross-functional teams Meticulously document site revisions and content updates. Adhere to best practices for efficiency, readability, accessibility and reuse. Pre-deployment Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-deployment regression testing. Follow established procedures and controls (e.g. project intake, tracking, and management; code management; and documentation processes). Help define business needs and convert into experience, design and functional requirements. Stay abreast of content and development best practices, consumer trends, competition, and technology, proactively recommending solutions and strategies Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred Experience with enterprise-grade Content Management System (CMS) implementations, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other JCR-based platforms. Working knowledge of modern web development tools: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery and Node.js), JSON, and AJAX. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Experience with project management software like JIRA and Confluence Familiarity using web analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics or other similar tools preferred Process-oriented, mindset of continual improvement; documenting processes with the intent of driving progressive improvements and significant innovation Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various projects at different stages Strong verbal and written communications skills Credit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
