TRG is engaged to recruit a Designer to join the sales support team for our client in Central Michigan, an industry-leading commercial equipment manufacturer. They are known for providing equipment solutions to a variety of well-known customers.
This role supports a variety of equipment projects and people, like customers, engineers and teammates. It is a diverse role, serving as the primary contact for customers, providing sales support, putting quotes together, reading specifications and occasionally making small design changes

Background:
Strong Computer skills including AutoCAD (for part and fixture design) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Some experience supporting fabrication processes is ideal Associated degree or design certifications preferred Well organized and ability to multi-task
