About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing and communication strategies. In this pivotal role, you will create and implement impactful external and internal marketing plans aimed at educating financial advisors on the benefits of core real estate. Your efforts will differentiate our firm, elevate our brand, and increase awareness within the industry.
This senior leadership position will involve setting a strategic marketing direction, supporting content creation, and overseeing all marketing and public relations functions. This includes managing business development, enhancing digital marketing efforts, leading social media initiatives, organizing events and sponsorships, conducting advertising campaigns, and spearheading internal communications.
As a key partner to the leadership team, you will ensure that all marketing endeavors align seamlessly with the company’s growth objectives while adhering to our brand’s creative and innovative standards. Candidates should possess a strong background in financial services, particularly in marketing to financial advisors, along with a proven track record of strategic partnership.
The ideal candidate will exhibit remarkable marketing and communication skills, exceptional messaging development talent, and a consultative leadership approach.
