Essential Responsibilities
- Manage P&L responsibilities with a focus on contribution margins and student growth.
- Lead the launch and management of new and revised educational programs using data-driven insights.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, measurement, and learning from data.
- Lead diverse teams including program managers, faculty, and student support staff.
- Communicate effectively to promote teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Build effective, diverse teams and foster a positive team environment.
- Engage in organizational learning and adapt to new challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in marketing, continuous improvement, and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Terminal degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in online higher education and curriculum development.
- Proven success in change management and complex project leadership.
