JOB SUMMARY Directly works with and supports the Marketing Team which consists of the VP of Marketing, Marketing Team Leader and Marketing Communication Specialist. The Marketing Team supports sales efforts in all industry channels we serve such as theme parks, convenience stores, sports, and restaurants and will provide direction to the Marketing Graphic Designer. The Marketing Graphic Designer is an important creative role in the branding, execution, and delivery of high-quality sales materials and corporate branding and is also responsible for leading research on color and graphic trends for marketing and customer presentations. The Marketing Graphic Designer will also be responsible for assisting in updating company website with graphics and photos. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Design and Produce Marketing Materials Catalogs (Digital FlipBooks and Print) Brochures/Sales Sheets Infographics Design of Print and Digital Ads Photography Take Product photos, create layout themes Take product and component photos for digital and print application Stage photographs to replicate ‘real world’ scenarios Color Correcting/Editing & Trimming Lifestyle Images Implementing product images into stock photography for use in digital and print applications, including large scale graphics for trade shows Creation of ‘filled’ product images utilizing sourced food & beverage images Color & Graphic Design Trends Lead Research & tracking of on-trend colors using multiple sources Suggest colors for use in on-trend product artwork Suggest new product component colors for both limited-time availability and ‘stock’ component color replacement Lead Research & tracking of design trends Suggest graphics for use in on-trend product artwork Create and update color and graphics presentation and literature Create Short Promotional Videos Recording video clips using phone or digital camera Editing of video clips Ability to create motion graphics Corporate/Internal Branding/Logos and style guide creation and management Assisting with the maintenance of the Whirley-DrinkWorks! website Upload new product photos Creation of other graphics/images as needed Other: Responsible for performing other tasks and duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS MAC OS Systems proficiency Experience in using the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects, etc. Microsoft Office Project Management Software Proficient with a DSLR Camera, and experience with lighting products using a photo booth Ability or experience in promotional videos or motion graphics Marketing & sales content writing Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Excellent partnership and communication skills QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree with four years’ experience to meet requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and two years of relevant experience preferred. Required experience in graphic design and photography with experience in creating short promotional videos preferred.
