Lead product launch strategies for wholesale accounts, developing sell-in materials, training tools, and promotional plans. Design and implement localized marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and retailer engagement in priority territories. Drive execution of seasonal initiatives, including winter buys and key sales moments. Collaborate with Sales to tailor marketing programs that support revenue growth. Act as the primary marketing liaison for wholesale partners, ensuring clear communication and consistent brand representation. Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and share insights to refine strategies. Oversee and optimize channel marketing budgets. Channel Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4+ years of experience in wholesale, retail, or CPG marketing. Proven success supporting product launches and account marketing. Strong project management, multitasking, and collaboration skills. Highly analytical with a focus on results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and marketing automation experience a plus. Ability to work onsite 2-3 days a week in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
