Job Opportunity: Pole/Anchor Laborer

What you'll do:
- Operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck)
- Place Utility Poles and locate buried wiring/cabling
- Install underground telecommunications cabling
- Perform flagging to direct vehicle and equipment movement in active work areas
- Restoration of property or worksite, inspect equipment and work quality
- Work in congested or remote areas as needed
- Work at heights and above shoulder level
- Perform general construction tasks, including physical labor using hand tools and lifting materials up to 75 lbs
Who we are looking for:
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience with underground utility installation/repair/maintenance, specifically Pole Truck experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate utility trucks and tools safely
- Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safety standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
- Flexibility to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
