Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Green Bay’s Classic Hits 103.1 WOGB seeks a local part-time voicetracker for the afternoon drive slot (2-7 PM). The candidate should have a passion for the music of the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and be capable of connecting with listeners through engaging shows. Position may include live broadcasts and appearances. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Produce engaging entertainment through creativity, good judgment, and interviewing skills
- Engage with callers, guests, and host live events
- Connect with listeners via phone, social media, and web
- Participate in programming, promotions, and sales meetings
- Assist in station production and imaging
- Handle emergency news/weather and be on call for breaking news
Qualifications
- On-Air experience with successful ratings preferred
- Strong production skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
- Knowledge of FCC rules
- Informed on local and national trends, with specialized knowledge of relevant topics
- Creative and imaginative on air and online
- Team-oriented
- Demo of show, interviews, and social media work should be included in your profile/application
