Locations include NYC, Bogotá, and Mexico City. This role is for candidates available to start full-time in Q2 (April–June), with relocation considered.

About You:
Interested in digital marketing? We seek a Digital Media Buyer to support multiple channels. This role offers hands-on experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email, Affiliate, SEO, Influencer, and Retail Media. You'll collaborate with teams and clients to drive performance strategies, ideal for analytical, creative, eager learners in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Learn:
Gain experience in:
- Paid Social: Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Paid Search: Optimize Google Ads, Bing campaigns.
- Programmatic: Work with DSPs for display, video, native ads.
- Email Marketing: Create and optimize email campaigns.
- Affiliate Marketing: Drive traffic through partner collaborations.
- SEO: Improve website rankings.
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers.
- Retail Media: Advertise on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients' marketing efforts across channels.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Design and execute marketing strategies.
- Produce KPI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze data for optimization.
- Support testing and data-driven decisions.
- Implement best practices and proprietary tech.
- Provide creative and copy recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in digital marketing careers.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Interview Process:

3-Month Paid Development Program:
Provides training and potential full-time role. Successful participants receive a certificate and may be staffed immediately if offered full-time.
