Job Title: Camera Operator
Reports To: Director, WooSox Productions

Position Type: Part-time, Seasonal
Overview: The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard-working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the WooSox Productions Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Hitachi cameras for the television broadcast, in-park video board show, MiLB stream, and ENG footage.
- Set up, operate, and walk around with the wireless cameras throughout the ballpark for the television broadcast and in-game production.
- Work with producer and director to provide the best camera work, with crisp focus and good picture frame composition to promote the inviting atmosphere we provide at Polar Park.
- Continue to strive and enhance best practices for in-park camera and television production work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Characteristics:
- Willingness to learn different positions related to WooSox Productions.
- Experience with and knowledgeable about sports videography, framing, camera moves, zoom, and focus control.
- Knowledgeable about situational baseball and where to shoot given what is happening on the field of play.
- Ability to take direction and perform tasks independently and efficiently while working cohesively on a team.
- Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-Time
Pay Range: $15 an hour
