About the RoleWorkday is seeking an AI enthusiast in the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager to bring to market the value of Workday’s approach to AI for Finance. Focus areas for this role will be on AI capabilities and how they support Workday’s position of the most adaptable cloud solution for enterprise management of people and finances.Workday is different by design, and the technology that supports the delivery of Workday solutions is what provides our customers new levels of agility and efficiency. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our product managers, partners, and technology strategists in developing compelling messaging, content assets and channel enablement related to Workday AI.This role is a unique combination of having a passion for AI technologies combined with the skills for crafting compelling content narratives, understanding different audience perspectives, communicating, and delivering best-in-class content in all forms, and working in a highly agile environment with an impactful team who enjoys innovating and having fun.Responsibilities include:Act as an AI evangelist within workday, while building technology content to help drive campaigns and deliver content for digital, social, live and event-based programs
Work closely with product teams, partner teams, competitive intelligence, finance product marketing, and field enablement to build compelling & relevant AI content and tools, focused on the office of the CFO persona, to enable our sales and field teams
Drive AI narratives to support new product and technology launches and work with Industry Analyst to ensure Workdays AI differentiators and capabilities are clearly understood
Continuously explore and recommend new ways to deliver our AI message around the value of Workday AI whether digital, written, demonstrative, or at live events.
Understand the unique value of Workday Architecture and Technology creating compelling content to drive awareness and preference from our IT & business buyers
About YouBasic Qualifications:
4+ years of proven experience in product and/or technical marketing, preferably in the technology industry or AI domain, SaaS experience is a plus.
Undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Computer Science.
Other Qualifications:
Strong passion and understanding of AI technology and its applications. Familiarity with machine learning, large language models, generative AI, or other AI disciplines is highly desirable.
Strong background and curiosity of the Finance space
Ability to build and deliver technical content related to AI & related emerging technologies in the form of enablement and marketing materials to both a technical and Finance line of business audience
Excels in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment with positive and collaborative style
MBA a plus

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $134,200 USD - $201,200 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $127,500 USD - $216,000 USD
