The Associate will provide marketing coordination to the Investment Sales team at Lument with a primary focus on preparing professional collateral and maintaining CRM database. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda for distribution to clients and investors. Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings. Manage social media posts. Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive activities to generate interest in investment offerings. Work with third parties to advertise investment offerings. Work with third parties to maintain CRM database of properties and owners. Manage and maintain email database. Manage deal flow (facilitate the execution of documents when deals are launched and during sale process) Generate regular market reports for team members and clients. Generate call lists to determine most likely investors for new offerings. Work professionally and harmoniously with team and coworkers. Other projects and duties as assigned. Contacts This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role interacts with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, and other office visitors. Education, Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree and minimum of one to three years’ marketing experience required. Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent written communication skills Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary gross: $75,000 - $95,000 (IL only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX USA’s salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA’s total compensation package for employees.
