The College Football Hall of Fame is searching for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be a team player, highly motivated, willing to develop their skills, and effective at communicating. A passion for college football, sports media, or fan culture is strongly preferred!
Job Summary:
The Junior Graphic Designer serves as a member of the College Football Hall of Fame's in-house marketing team. This entry-level role supports the creation of compelling digital content across web, social, print, and video platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative visual storyteller with a passion for design, and a growing skillset in digital/traditional media.
Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas: Design and produce assets for the Hall's digital platforms, including website graphics, email layouts, social content, and display ads. Develop creative for traditional formats, including print ads, brochures, flyers, signage, and editorial layouts. Support motion design needs for video content, including simple video animations, lower thirds, transitions, and branded visual effects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content. Assist in concepting and executing creative campaigns across multiple channels. Help maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs. Organize and maintain creative assets and design files in an efficient and accessible system. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Abilities:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience designing for both digital and print mediums. Familiarity with motion graphics tools and basic video editing skills. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles preferred. Strong communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines. Experience working with brand guidelines. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training (internships or freelance acceptable)
