The Associate Director, Patient Marketing role will lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives in support of the recent full approval of FILSPARI, our flagship product, in IgA Nephropathy (full approval received in Sept 2024). The role will develop patient-focused assets and programs across relevant strategic channels aligned with the brand strategy and tactical plan. The position will focus on driving the ongoing adoption of FILSPARI in IgAN through the development, implementation, and optimization of multichannel marketing strategies to ensure the FILSPARI brand continues to reach and engage IgAN patients, care partners and caregivers, HCPs, and other stakeholders. The preferred applicant will lead the implementation of brand strategy aligned with thinking on marketing channels that amplify and improve the effectiveness of brand messaging. The applicant should have experience supporting pharmaceutical brands through tactical design and pull-through. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding in disease state and brand development with deep experiences in Patient marketing including developing tactical plans aligned with brand strategy, executing digital media activities, creating video assets, and managing CRM programs. The role will primarily be focused on driving ongoing adoption of FILSPARI in IgAN and will require base knowledge of customer engagement activities and general support for pharma marketing activities. Responsibilities: Design and manage an integrated multi-channel marketing approach for IgAN Patient activities to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints including websites, CRM, email marketing, and paid media to ensure customer engagement. Lead and oversee the IgAN digital and marketing channel strategy for FILSPARI; drive the creation and execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Develop content strategy to pull Brand materials and messaging through prioritized channels to activate customers across all stakeholders. Lead creation of video assets for inclusion across promotional channels to better communicate the FILSPARI patient experience, in support of Patient/HCP engagement. Direct IgAN Patient social media strategy and engagement; lead the addition and management of new social media/content partners. Partner with Patient Advocacy to ensure branded presence at IgAN Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) events, including table/booth presence and breakout sessions. Ensure that the product positioning, branding, and messaging are integrated throughout all channel communications. Serve as point of contact for Patient digital media activities and direct day-to-day activities of Agency of Record and affiliated digital media agencies. Engage and support the management of Agency of Record to execute relevant projects and ensure deliverables are within budget and achieve commercial objectives. Self-starter with strong project management skills and experience working in a Pharma-regulated environment including PRC engagement and management. Collaborate between Patient and HCP marketing teams and work cross-functionally by partnering with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, and Patient Services to drive key cross-functional strategic initiatives. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant Life Sciences discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered. Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 4+ years' related marketing/customer engagement experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or related agency experience with demonstrated advancement in roles and scope.
