Marketing is responsible for Future brand building, external communications, client engagement events, and lead generation through thoughtful content marketing campaigns. The objective of the team is to drive awareness of Future and create commercial opportunities by creating engaging sales collateral and content.
What you'll be doing...
The Senior Marketing Manager is a key position within the Marketing team with responsibilities to drive awareness of Future and productive relationships with the Sales team. This role delivers creative marketing plans that build our reputation and attract advertisers. The post will refine the Future market positioning and the value proposition for our advertising partners.
The position will play a key role in liaising with internal stakeholders including our sales and editorial partners. This individual should have a successful track record of crafting revenue-driving marketing plans for media or advertising companies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude. The best candidates are creative and solutions-oriented problem solvers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will join a thriving team of commercially-minded marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver highly impactful cross-channel marketing plans
Increase Future’s brand awareness, primarily through the creation and distribution of valuable content
Create go-to-market sales materials to align with tentpole events
Ideate brand-building through proprietary events and key sponsorships
Help develop and execute a comprehensive demand-generation program
Leverage the power of content and storytelling to provide unique insights that drive awareness and attract clients
Oversee team project management, ensuring timely delivery as well as best-in-class execution
Manage and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth
Track marketing budget and manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
Be a brand ambassador for Future and its portfolio of brands and be immersed in the media and advertising industry

Skilled at building marketing plans and executing campaigns across digital, content, social, and events
Experienced working with media and advertising organizations
Experienced in delivering brand-building marketing activities and creating sales materials for revenue-generating teams, or highly related experience
Known for producing compelling content and promoting content through owned and paid channels to successfully generate demand
Comfortable with various types and sources of data, with the ability to create narratives from data-led insights
Able to lead events and projects from idea generation to execution
A strong user of marketing automation tools and CRM systems - Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus
Comfortable identifying and managing relationships with external vendors
A relationship-builder, gaining trust and respect, and able to facilitate efficient, transparent communication with cross-functional partners
Highly driven and collaborative, with a proven ability to work directly with senior executives, including excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

This is a Hybrid role from our New York office, working three days from the office, two from home
