Compensation and Bonus Structure Salary Range : $270k $280k Bonus : Up to 20% of the yearly salary, based on the following metrics: Hospital Sick Days HEDIS measures Customer Satisfaction Alignment to Values Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for physicians with the following qualifications: M.D. or D.O. graduates Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) Fellowship training in Geriatrics (welcome but not required) Active, non-probationary state medical license Desired Skills and Attributes Collaborative and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation. Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, including addressing medical and social needs. Passionate about caring for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or the medically underserved. Energized by being part of a fast-growing organization. In-Office Medical Procedures Suturing for minor wound closures. Joint injections for pain management. Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes. Wound care and management.
