Preschool Picture Day Assistant

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Preschool Picture Day Assistant to help make picture day a fun and smooth experience! This role involves assisting with the setup and breakdown of photography equipment, transporting materials, checking in students, and providing support during portraits. If you enjoy working with children and being part of a creative team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down backdrop frames, lighting systems, and other necessary gear.
• Assist with student check-in and organization to keep picture day running efficiently.
• Provide support to the photographer by helping position children, adjusting props, and maintaining a fun, stress-free environment.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are handled with care and packed properly after each session.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with young children.
• Ability to lift and transport photography equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in a school or photography setting is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

• This is a seasonal/part-time role based on preschool picture day schedules.
