THE POSITION Rudin is seeking a proactive and highly organized Associate, Office Marketing to join our marketing team and support the execution of dynamic, high-impact marketing initiatives across our distinguished office portfolio. This role is ideal for a rising professional who brings a strong foundation in real estate marketing and is ready to take ownership of projects that span content development, campaign execution, property positioning, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will provide essential support for buildings including 41 Madison Avenue, One Battery Park Plaza, and 32 Avenue of the Americas, while offering strategic and executional assistance for flagship properties such as 345 Park Avenue, 3 Times Square, and 560 Lexington. The Associate will play a key role in supporting go-to-market strategies, managing digital communications, and enhancing Rudin’s brand presence within the office real estate landscape. Responsibilities Support the development and rollout of property marketing strategies in collaboration with leasing and asset management teams. Execute content updates, manage collateral, and coordinate digital campaigns across email, social media, and real estate listing platforms. Partner with external agencies on advertising, content, and production schedules; help manage creative timelines and approvals. Contribute to the positioning and launch planning for new developments and repositioned assets. Act as liaison between internal teams (leasing, investments, operations) and external partners (creative agencies, photographers, brokers). Conduct regular audits on CoStar, LoopNet, VTS, and other listing platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency across the portfolio. Maintain project tracking in Monday.com and assist with meeting follow-ups, asset requests, and milestone management. Coordinate logistics for property photoshoots, including scheduling, access, and creative direction. Draft clear, brand-aligned marketing copy for email campaigns, brochures, leasing decks, and property promotions. Coordinate and execute B2B e-blasts via HubSpot, including asset management, audience targeting, and performance reporting. Assist in the planning and execution of broker-facing events and on-site activations to support leasing goals. Maintain and update website and presentation content in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Manage Rudin’s visual asset library in Bynder, conducting regular audits and ensuring files are properly tagged, organized, and approved for use. Support the monitoring of marketing performance metrics and campaign results. Conduct competitive market research and track peer marketing activity. Assist in the management of the marketing budget and invoice tracking. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in real estate marketing, corporate marketing, or a related industry. Familiarity with commercial real estate platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, VTS) strongly preferred. Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management capabilities; able to manage multiple timelines with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva a plus. Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners. Team player with a can-do attitude and passion for New York real estate.
