Facilitate & Project manage assigned POD meetings which includes scheduling meetings, setting agendas, providing notes/next steps, creating presentations, providing budget updates, etc.2 . Create & manage our long range & backlog planning tools and processes.
This includes development/implementation of tools, automations, and integrations that drive stakeholder transparency into our planned work.3.
Support quarterly/monthly/weekly planning meetings across Strategy & Marketing with varying levels of stakeholders.
Includes communicating/reporting out on all work in various stages of our pipeline, shifts/resequencing of work, etc.

Identify & provide solutions for operational inefficiencies in assigned POD to increase speed to market and ensure on time delivery of projects.
Includes facilitating POD retrospectives.5.
Perform other Marketing Operations & Project Management tasks as needed.Minimum Job Qualifications:Critical Skills/Business ExperiencePlanning & Flight Management:
3+ years experience as a flight/traffic manager (or equivalent role) focused on backlog/long range planning, sequencing, and prioritization of projects.Project management:
3+ years experience as a project/program manager within a large organization.Communication & Collaboration:
Strong relationship builder that understands how to navigate a complex organization to get things accomplished; Must have exceptional skills in interpersonal, written, and visual communication.Organization & Process:
Must be detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and have direct experience in establishing/following process.Proactiveness/Self - starter:
Must be a self-starter that has experience working in a mixed environment of structure and white space.Preferred, Nice to Have, Specialized Knowledge/Skills –Agile/CSM and/or PMP certificationExperience in Microsoft Visio, Adobe Workfront, DevOps or other workflow/project management toolsEducation: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.Working Conditions:Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – work remotely and occasional work in officeGeneral Office DemandsAble to travel approximately 5%At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people. $79,400 - $132,300
