Company Overview: MOOvers Chicago is a trusted, professional moving company servicing the Chicagoland area, as well as offering intrastate and out-of-state moving services. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch moving experiences for our clients.
We are in the midst of expanding our digital presence and are seeking an Executive Assistant to help the President with administration and organization, but must also have strong digital marketing skills to lead our digital marketing efforts.

Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the President will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of the President’s workflow while simultaneously leveraging their expertise to lead our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, advertising campaigns, lead generation and business growth.
The Executive Assistant should also have strong IT skills to help implement new applications, train the team and troubleshoot computer and technology issues.
This dual-role position requires strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies to optimize the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, drafting communications, organization, and handling confidential information.
- Systems Management: Utilize SmartMoving CRM and other tools (e.g., Dialpad, CallRail) to support digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless customer journeys and smooth operations.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.
- KPI Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the company’s operations and marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports and utilizing insights to optimize efforts.
- Google My Business & Local SEO: Optimize Google My Business profiles and local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in search engine results, driving traffic and new business.
- Google Sheets/Excel: Manage reports, dashboards, and project management documents for both executive and marketing functions using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Google Analytics: Track and report on website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to improve website strategy.
- PPC Campaign Management: Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Yelp Ads, and Facebook Ads, optimizing for lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
- SEO Implementation: Manage both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and building backlinks to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Create and distribute compelling content across websites, blogs, and social media channels to drive engagement and brand recognition.
- Team Coordination: Support the management of virtual assistants, ensuring timely execution of tasks and maintaining alignment with marketing and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in administrative support with a strong background in digital marketing.
- Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong experience in local SEO strategies, Google My Business optimization, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Expertise in managing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management.
- Exceptional content writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging content for a variety of digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing virtual assistants or remote teams, with a focus on productivity and quality control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support both executive functions and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools, and stay current on the latest trends in digital marketing.
