6+ Months with possible extension Be knowledgeable about social publishing and asset management platforms Experience setting up either
Sprinklr
or
Percolate
is a plus Project manage the portal migration from start to finish, including:
Create a master project plan and timeline Handle communications with global social leads and conduct initial stakeholder deep-dives to understand how each user leverages the systems and what modules they need, including the number of assets requiring relocation Construct an asset library infrastructure Develop a training plan and schedule regional trainings for LATAM / US / EMEA / APAC Interface with both Sprinklr/Percolate as needed during the migration Set up basic reporting dashboards for global consistency Help determine configuration and rules engine requirements as needed
