Who You Are:You are a chronic TikTok scroller and spend hours deep in Reddit threads. You get the tea before it hits the mainstream, spot viral moments before they explode and your FYP page is a goldmine for inspiration. Beyond being organized, detail-oriented and able to keep up with the fast past of a growing start-up, you're an out-of-the-box creative thinker and trend-savvy social media strategist with an acute understanding of how content should mutate across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn and Reddit. Reporting to the Director of Brand Content, you'll translate internet culture into brand storytelling and high-impact strategies that cater to the modern parent. This role will be crucial in defining how Little Spoon shows up in the world, and will need an acute understanding of each platform to orchestrate end-to-end social content that feels distinctively ours. What You'll Do:Content Strategy Build data-backed social strategies that grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and Reddit Own the content calendar, ensuring alignment with key launches, cultural moments and business goals Write platform-native, high-engagement captions that bring our brand to life Concept, brief, and execute social content that grabs attention and drives action Identify and engage key creators, voices and communities that influence our audience Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and shifts in the algorithm to keep us on top Monitor SEO and user engagement to refine strategy and optimize content Social Media Management Manage scheduling, asset uploads and approval workflows to keep content running smoothly Oversee content production from ideation to publishing, ensuring everything meets brand standards Track and manage multiple deadlines while keeping stakeholders aligned Lead social listening and community management, jumping in when conversations matter most Own social crisis response with professionalism and strategic agility Use project management and social media tools like Asana, Sprinklr or Sprout to keep everything moving Performance Tracking Generate weekly and monthly reports on key social media metrics and share insights to strengthen and improve strategy month over month Analyze community data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to the broader team Use performance data to develop and refine engagement strategies and identify opportunities to boost interaction, audience retention and community growth What You'll Bring: 4+ years of experience in social media strategy or similar roles with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and engagement across various social platforms A deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, social media trends and engagement strategies Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and the know-how to launch our efforts on Pinterest, YouTube and Reddit Understanding of SEO Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial energy, a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment About Little Spoon:Little Spoon is the fastest growing baby and kids food brand in the United States.
