The Role
The Creative Director can interpret business requirements and marketing briefs quickly and translate them into dynamic, creative solutions. Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the Creative Director must be skilled at working with and overseeing a creative team (including but not limited to: internal team members, external agencies such as PR companies, videographers, film crews, photographers). The Creative Director must be exceptional at proposing creative concepts to the Executive team, strategic partners and sponsors, and other company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Working closely with the CSMO to meet with internal and external stakeholders to discuss their requirements and vision.
Monitor and report on brand campaigns for impact and performance against strategic objectives.
Revise company presentations to ensure in line with brand standards.
Shape Zero brand standards.
Establish budgets, timeframes and manage key relationships.
Brainstorm with team to develop ideas for campaigns and projects.
Decide on the layout and content for social media, internal and external communications and other publications including designs and choosing visuals like photographs, artwork, graphics and designs.
Propose concepts to Executives, sponsors, strategic partners by means of innovative presentations.
Constantly liaise with project partners and stakeholders during a project regarding progress, issues and changes.
Ensure projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders’ expectations.
Nurture a work environment that is conducive to creative thinking.
Hire, manage and motivate the creative team.

Working with leading global brands who are investors, strategic partners and corporate sponsors, we “punch above our weight”. As a start-up business that is yet to be commercial, the role holder will need to be extremely innovative and able to work with limited budgets to deliver exceptional impact.

Additional Comments
The successful role holder is likely to have worked on some B2B as well as B2C briefs. They will enjoy the start-up environment and be motivated by being able to play a significant role in delivering a global brand that presents a modern, exciting and engaging message in a technology-led sector to engage a diverse audience beyond the sector. They will be willing to take a “hands-on approach” and do what is necessary to get the job done.
