The Producer for YouTube is a creative and adaptable individual responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing engaging content for a variety of YouTube channels from USA owned channels (RedBull USA, RedBull LFG, RedBull 1520) as well as our global playground-specific vertical YouTube channels (RedBull Motorsports, RedBull Dance, RedBull Music, RedBull Surf, RedBull Skateboarding, etc.). They will leverage their expertise to craft visually appealing and impactful videos, photos, and other media that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand's voice and objectives. In addition, the Producer will support the creation of content for RedBull YouTube (main channel) with the Sr. Producer, YouTube & the global YouTube team.

They will leverage their production skills to bring concepts to life, ensuring content is optimized for each platform, aligns with RedBull brand objectives, and resonates with the target audience. This role involves collaborating with the programming & channels team and external partners to produce high-quality, attention-grabbing content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a focus on YouTube content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, especially focused on YouTube thumbnail creation, a major plus.
• Strong understanding of YouTube audience behavior.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and engaging short-form video content.
• Excellent creative and technical skills in video production and editing.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing for short-form content.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing social media landscape.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Passion for social media and a drive to create content that resonates with audiences.
• Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $65,600 - 98,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
