Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr VP-Head of Legal & Compliance Research @ Madison-Davis, LLC | AML, KYC, BSA Investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “US Head Of Communications Surveillance -Director” to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / week). Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the electronic communications surveillance strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Build, lead, and mentor a team of Communications Surveillance analysts responsible for monitoring communications across various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and the public. Provide expert guidance on compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring all communications surveillance activities meet the highest standards. Work closely with business units and other compliance teams to address regulatory risks and integrate surveillance best practices throughout the organization. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks related to communications. Stay informed on changes in the regulatory landscape, adapting the communications surveillance program to ensure ongoing compliance with new and evolving rules. Provide leadership and expertise across the organization, ensuring compliance efforts align with business goals and have a wide-reaching impact across multiple units.
