The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for local store marketing and recruiting new Grocery Outlet Operators. You will develop strategies supporting individual stores, generate leads for AOT recruitment, and collaborate on digital initiatives including Social Media, PPC, SEO, display, video, and other channels. You will work with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and external vendors to formulate strategy, manage planning, and track performance. com, increasing leads in the AOT pipeline, and establishing KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
Define digital marketing strategies and media mix for AOT recruitment
Create campaigns and manage leads across SEM, Display, Retargeting, YouTube, Facebook, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn
Maintain and develop content promoting the brand and Operator model
Set KPIs and reporting formats for digital initiatives
Optimize digital campaigns continuously
Collaborate with digital and recruitment teams on strategies
Create dashboards in Salesforce for reports
Stay current on digital trends and monitor competitors

Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital, or related field
~5+ years digital marketing experience
~2-5+ years cross-channel automation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot
~ Expertise in SEM, display, social media, SEO
~ Experience with Wordpress or similar CMS
~ Familiarity with owner/operator business model and applicant tracking systems
~ Creative, strategic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
~ Knowledge of analytics, data manipulation, HTML preferred
