Job Description
A premier and innovative designer, manufacturer, and distributor of men’s and women’s sports and activewear is seeking a Project Manager for their Creative Services marketing team.
The project manager, creative services, will oversee, prioritize, and manage the workstreams for the Creative Services department. Specifically, the packaging design as well as the postproduction process to ensure on-time delivery and accurate work product.
The successful candidate will be a sharp, critical thinker, a self-driven individual with exceptional written and verbal (English) communication and organizational skills who can multi-task. They will also be customer-centric and possess an operational mindset.
Project Manager responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 5-7.
- Oversee team outputs: eCommerce photography and video, in-store POS, packaging, and product label systems.
- Maintain archive of packaging assets.
- Partner with photo services team to ensure creative production meets deadlines.
- Traffic creative among internal teams for approval and/or notes.
- Attend production meetings to document key dates and changes in the product lifecycle to adjust Creative Services timelines.
- Update Centric (PLM) with relevant notes.
- Manage and mitigate issues on behalf of the Creative Services team.
Project Manager requirements:
- 3 or more years of operational and marketing experience within the sports and activewear industry.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
