Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Job Summary About the Brand Laneige is a globally renowned Korean skin care brand with over 25 years of research on hydration, with top-rated modern technology, high-quality ingredients and award-winning formulas that reveal glowing, radiant skin. The brand is fast-growing and rapidly expanding in the US - currently distributed in Sephora, Sephora Kohl’s, Amazon and its own brand e-commerce site. The Associate Manager, Consumer Marketing will play a key role in driving go-to-market (GTM) planning, project management, and campaign execution. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally to bring product launches and brand initiatives to life. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong project management skills, a passion for consumer-centric marketing, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to execute seamless GTM launches. Principal Accountabilities Partner with the Senior Manager to lead the GTM planning process, ensuring seamless coordination across all teams. Own timeline management, tracking key deliverables across Creative, Product Marketing, Integrated Comms, Growth, and Trade teams. Help lead planning and execution of product launches and brand campaigns, driving cross-functional alignment. Maintain and update the annual marketing calendar, ensuring all key launches and marketing initiatives are reflected. Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager to manage creative briefings, feedback loops, and asset delivery. Facilitate GTM check-ins and alignment meetings ensuring comprehensive 360° marketing plans are in place and executed on time. Analyze the performance of past launches and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including: invoicing, product orders, and contract processing. Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and agencies, ensuring smooth execution of events, campaigns, and activations. Support Senior Manager with planning & executional support of brand IRL events, such as pop-ups, influencer gatherings, and in-store takeovers, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key Experience and Skills Qualification and Experience 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, CPG, or a digitally native brand. 2+ years of experience in GTM, consumer marketing, or brand marketing project management. Experience working with Gen Z-focused brands is a plus. Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals (less than 30%) Skills & Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
