Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our growing marketing team that is focused on leveraging digital channels and innovative technologies to drive business growth.
As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our martech stack, with a focus on Pardot, Seismic, ZoomInfo, High Velocity Sales, and Salesforce.
You will be responsible for developing and executing automated marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, and improving the efficiency of our marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Marketing Automation
- Oversee and optimize our marketing automation platform (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
- Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, web, and social media.
- Build and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create and optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms to maximize conversion rates.
Content Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize our content marketing platform (Seismic) to ensure sales teams have access to the most up-to-date and relevant content.
- Leverage ZoomInfo to enhance our lead generation efforts and maintain a high-quality database of prospects.
Data Management
- Segment customer data and personalize marketing messages to improve engagement and drive conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Salesforce
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce campaigns, workflows, and lead routing processes.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track marketing performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement new features and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Salesforce or other similar platforms.
- Proficiency in email marketing lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification is a plus.
- Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and understanding by consistently asking insightful questions that contribute to deeper knowledge and informed decision-making processes within the team.
