Now hiring in Waltham – Digital Marketing Manager From generating leads via inbound and outbound activities to creating visual content to planning events and analyzing marketing metrics, this is a full-time, on-site role, for a marketing professional who thrives in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Develop graphical, video and copy-based marketing assets. Write, publish and promote blog posts. Plan, coordinate, promote and analyze event and trade show activities. Manage WordPress-based website. Key Requirements: Previous marketing experience at a SaaS company. Experience with Pardot or equivalent marketing automation platform, including ability to run A/B tests to continuously improve results. Demonstrated ability to write email copy that drives conversion. Very proficient with Photoshop and video creation tools, with strong understanding of design and layout. Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and sometimes conflicting activities. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
