Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Our client, a fashion brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join the team for a 6 month contract in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation and maintenance of website and app content calendar inclusive of promo execution
- Assist in reporting out on site and app creative performance to inform future content strategies
- Support the execution and management of weekly promotional changes by partnering with Planning, Creative, and Site Operations teams
- Assist in competitive landscaping projects to further guide ecommerce tactics and roadmaps
- Assist with the organization, management, and QA of site and app A/B tests
- Partner with digital marketing teams (Email, SMS, Paid, Loyalty, Credit Card) to ensure marketing journeys are streamlined and efficient
- Support the creation and adoption of the 2025 promo toolkit across Planning, Creative and Project Management teams
- Assist with ad hoc tasks for the broader ecommerce and marketing organization, as needed
- Assist with the management of 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure site capabilities are optimized and driving core business objectives
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related experience in fashion e-commerce (corporate level, e-commerce title)
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
- Very strong communication and team-working skills
- Strong digital storytelling skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
- High level of organization coupled with attention to detail
- Self-starter who exhibits curiosity
- Able to prioritize multiple objectives within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Able to be resilient when dealing with high-pressure situations
- Aptitude to think strategically but act tactically
- Confidence in project management and presentation skills
