Job Title: Senior Public Relations Specialist Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Scope of work: Help us land media coverage in security and technology publications, sharing the Secure Identity Commitment. This includes: Writing pitches, press releases, newsroom posts and other content Relationship building with reporters, producers, and influencers Uncover pitching opportunities for our executives, including story mining with other teams Understanding of trending topics in these industries to help influence the topics we pitch to reporters Provide insights on global media strategy - including events, announcements and proactive thought leadership Support the shaping of our technology and security narratives and messaging shared with media Provide coaching to our executives on media best practices and constructive feedback to improve their interviewing skills Skills: At least 7 years of experience in tech ,, with a focus on cybersecurity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of cybersecurity and B2B technology Must already have security media relations experience with existing relationships with security and technology reporters Ability to engage with and influence leaders and key comms partners. Highly collaborative Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects and deliverables Written sample must be submitted with the resume
