- Proactively monitor website performance metrics to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities, then manage the execution of changes.
- Manage technical SEO efforts including on-page improvements, URL structure, architecture, schema, and other components, working with the global web development team.
- Use SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush to research, audit, and act on opportunities to improve keyword rankings while maintaining a positive UX.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Managers to develop and implement SEO best practices for content assets.
- Create and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals and enhance organic search performance.
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to proactively pitch industry influencers and websites to further amplify content and SEO value via backlinks.
- Provide on-going and ad hoc data analysis to generate insights and recommendations across organic search KPIs.
- Own the monthly & quarterly organic search reporting process and escalate negative indicators.
- Proactively monitor and capture insights from core organic search KPIs.
- Analyze and optimize the customer journey for organic search traffic, utilizing data sources across channels, including organic website, paid media, and email.
- Partner with key stakeholders including digital SMEs, campaign managers, product marketing managers, product managers, and sales to communicate organic search insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in SEO, including technical SEO and content strategy, working on a fast-paced, high-performing team.
- Proven success in technical SEO tactics, including on-page optimization, site architecture, schema markup, and crawl optimization.
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive organic growth.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior project management and organization skills to execute complex SEO initiatives, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to timelines
- Relationship, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Salesforce is a plus.
