Head of Growth Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute a
multi-channel marketing strategy
focused on revenue growth Manage and
optimize paid media
(Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO) Lead the
Shopify & Amazon
e-commerce strategy for direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth Expand
B2B partnerships with retailers & wholesalers Build a
data-driven, KPI-focused marketing team Drive customer retention and community engagement Head of Growth Marketing Requirements 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
(startup required) Proven track record of
scaling businesses from 7-9 figures Expertise in
B2B marketing, e-commerce, and paid digital advertising Experience with
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Google Analytics Strong knowledge of
CRO, A/B testing, and performance marketing strategies Ability to work
100% on-site in Santa Ana, CA Willingness to
travel to China at least 2x per year Head of Growth Marketing Benefits Base Salary: $170K-$200K + 50% Bonus Potential
