social media & marketing manager
to take full ownership of our organic social channels, specifically instagram and tiktok, and help lead cross-functional marketing initiatives. we’re a small (but mighty) team, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable developing content strategy for socials alongside supporting campaigns across email, partnerships, and product launches. this role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp creative eye, someone who can lead with vision, execute with clarity, and bring fresh, compelling content to life across platforms. you’ll own social strategy and content creation, community management, UGC partnerships, and our affiliate program from top to bottom. if you love clean beauty, have a POV on content, and are ready to take our brand storytelling to the next level, we’d love to meet you. what you’ll do: own and lead organic social strategy
– develop and execute channel-specific strategies for IG + TikTok that increase reach, engagement, and brand love define and guide content creation
– concept, shoot, edit, and publish best-in-class content (or manage creators to bring your vision to life). ensure everything aligns with our brand aesthetic, voice, and values manage and maintain the content calendar
– build and manage a cross-platform calendar that maps to product launches, cultural moments, and broader campaign strategy lead community management
– actively engage with our audience across platforms, responding to comments and DMs, sparking conversation, and fostering a sense of connection. you’ll work closely with our customer support team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks own UGC strategy + creator collaborations
– source and brief UGC creators and micro-influencers, coordinate content delivery, and develop a consistent pipeline of brand-aligned content for organic and paid channels manage cross-functional marketing projects
– especially when social/influencer/community is the lead
(e.g. product launches, monthly campaigns, brand partnership activations, events manage brand partnership and collaboration strategies across marketing touch points) own and grow our affiliate program
– lead all aspects of the affiliate program, from strategy and recruitment to performance tracking and optimization. you’ll be responsible for driving growth and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals track performance + optimize
– regularly review analytics, report on insights, and adjust strategy to improve results across engagement, reach, and conversion stay culturally and platform-relevant
– monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep our content fresh and relevant collaborate cross-functionally
– partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life and ensure social content is aligned across all touch points what you’ll bring: 4+ years of experience managing social media and community for a consumer brand, preferably in the beauty space proven experience building and leading an affiliate program from the ground up (or taking one to the next level) a sharp, strategic mindset paired with strong creative instincts a track record of growing and managing high-impact social channels (especially TikTok and Instagram) hands-on experience with content creation. you feel comfortable producing content yourself and/or directing content creators a refined eye for design, brand voice, and visual storytelling captions that are on brand, purposeful, and platform-specific experience working with UGC creators and managing influencer/creator collaborations confidence in analyzing data and translating insights into clear, actionable next steps excellent communication and project management skills. you can juggle priorities and move quickly without losing attention to detail a collaborative, proactive spirit. you’re excited to bring ideas to the table and work cross-functionally to execute them what you’ll get: the best job EVER. blue jeans + white tee, fun, casual work environment. all the b/rj products you could ever need.
