What you will be doing:
Lead UX design efforts to create a single, cohesive storefront experience. Develop and implement a unified design system to ensure consistency across all pages. Improve website navigation and architecture for better user engagement and conversion rates. Enhance unauthenticated public pages, product pages, and support campaign content. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure accessibility and regulatory adherence. Design and optimize the Rewards Program, allowing customers to earn discounts for making healthier decisions. Organize and present content in a clear, snack-sized format for improved readability. Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to implement design solutions. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through intuitive UX design. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Expertise in creating and implementing design systems. Strong understanding of website navigation, architecture, and user flow optimization. Experience designing accessible products in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Ability to break down complex information and present it in a user-friendly format. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
