The team at Noah Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Design Manager to support both their design and marketing teams. Job Description We are looking for someone with upbeat energy who is highly organized, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for design. The role responsibilities will include interior design planning, project management, design rendering, home staging, showroom management, material sourcing and more. Responsibilities Create conceptual plan drawings and 3D presentations of design Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms Prepare and execute full field documentation of space planning Stage model units with furniture and accessory placement Organize and maintain design showroom Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products to assist in the design process Assist with purchasing and procurement of products and materials Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines Qualifications The skills and traits important for this position are: 2+ years of relevant work experience High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Offer creative and innovative ideas to projects Thrive in a face paced environment Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time Reliable transportation Proficient in Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCad or similar design programs to create 3D renderings Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent About Noah Properties Noah Properties is an award-winning real estate development and design firm, located just outside of Chicago, Illinois.
