Come join an innovative team of marketing strategists and growth experts dedicated to building the future of trading. We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive market-winning strategies and compelling value propositions that differentiate our direct-to-consumer eBrokerage offerings.
You'll help positioning our financial instruments against competitors while building innovative customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies—being accountable for the full customer lifecycle. You'll combine deep analytical capabilities with creative strategic thinking to capture and convert both existing and emerging trader segments. As part of the marketing leadership team, you'll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and help shape the strategic direction of our growing company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable acquisition and retention outcomes
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence capabilities, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves
- Own prioritization of customer segments, products/instruments, and personalization initiatives
- Develop promotional strategies, targeting, intelligence, and product positioning to eliminate market impact dilution
- Partner with product teams to translate product and platform insights into market-winning positioning
- Drive rapid decision-making and execution by building influence networks across the business, championing high-impact initiatives, and personally removing blockers that prevent marketing strategies from reaching market
- Build compelling business cases for strategic initiatives and secure resources needed for execution
- Lead and develop the marketing strategy team while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Navigate regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in financial services marketing
Who You Are
- You bring 10+ years of marketing strategy experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in trading, investing, D2C financial services, fintech or closely related industry
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- You have 5+ years of experience building high-performing teams
- You have experience with real-time marketing responses to financial market conditions and can capitalize on market volatility
- You have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth in a high-velocity growth marketing environment
- You possess an analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes
- You can balance short-term needs with sustainable growth strategies
- You have a high propensity to innovate and experiment with new approaches
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration and demonstrate systems thinking
- You have experience leading competitive intelligence, customer intelligence, and market research initiatives
- You have a track record of successful promotional and campaign strategy development
- You're a natural developer of talent and team builder who can inspire and guide others
- You have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- You understand how technology enables personalization and segmentation at scale
- You can navigate matrix organizations and influence outcomes without direct authority

Salary Range: $230,000 - $260,000
This is an estimated range. The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
