Develop strategies to enhance and maximize insights provided by established social media listening tool(s).
Continually find ways to improve on listening metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional teams reporting for Voice of the Customer (customer sentiment, trending brand topics, top customer concerns).
Provide ongoing feedback to vehicle brands, dealer network, quality and other groups.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation
~Proven Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with experience creating data charts/graphs
~ Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
~ Experience with presenting data metrics, insights or other relevant information to large groups including senior leadership
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools including, but not limited to, Sprinklr, Emplifi
Capable of writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
Bachelor's degree
