Our client is seeking an Technical Writer - Gaming to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate has created comprehensive and easy-to-understand internal and technical documentation. This is a 6-months contract remote or Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities:

• Compose, edit and curate documentation such as game design and feature documents, game rules, information architecture, and user onboarding and gameplay instructions for our products.
• Work on all phases of documentation, and ensure documents are properly added to the correct repositories, manuals, special reports, or any other deliverables and documentations.
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a technical writer, producing documentation and procedural materials for software products to be utilized by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a or producing documentation for the tech, gaming, or casino gaming industries ideal.
• Experience working with design and engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
