Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Manage Marketing Queue to process and track creative requests, deliverables, and timelines. Perform clerical functions related to tracking and responding to compliance submissions to LPL, adjusting material based on their feedback. Act as the main point of contact for the department by answering general inquiries and taking appropriate messages. Provide assistance as necessary to ensure that all department projects continue to progress.
Requirements
Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to organize a steady stream of information, projects, and calls. Detail-oriented and an ability to take initiative and multitask while meeting time-sensitive deadline. Able to learn new or product-specific software as required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma is required 1-2 years general clerical is required Client service experience is preferred Experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
