Responsibilities:
Build strong, results-driven Sales Executive Team of Account Executives, Coordinators, and Freelancers through accountability, coaching, and development
Train, coach, and guide direct reports on how to cultivate strong in-store relationships and educational moments
Monitor and advise on regional freelance spend with Account Executive team; guide team with tools to have successful accountability conversations, resulting in high ROI
Assist in developing and executing our North America sales & education strategy
Maintain clear communication with corporate sales and accounts
Calculate seasonal and monthly goals for the Region and each Territory and advise account executives on resource allocation to meet sales targets
Work with sales planning on inventory concerns
Understand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve success
Produce and utilize sales reports and marketing calendars to coach and develop sales team accordingly
Drive business forward through creativity, education, and detailed strategies by region and territory
Maintain a “customer first” mentality; respond to and satisfy the needs and requests of accounts quickly
Maintain a rotational calendar of visiting territories to work alongside retail employees
Successfully execute large and small-scale events
Uphold the visual standards of ILIA on tester units and gondolas
9+ years’ cosmetic sales experience in an account executive or management role
Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel; Power BI a plus
Ability to work a flexible work schedule – weekends & holidays required
Ability to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams with previous experience managing & developing a freelance team
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive & effective business partnerships
Proactive, self-motivated individual with high level of energy and motivation
Experience managing national beauty retailer accounts
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
